Hey lovelies, I hope you are enjoying your new product, but if there is the off chance you aren't, I am happy to offer you a store credit or exchange ONLY.
Returns exclude the following items due to hygiene reasons - THESE ARE FINAL SALE (Unless faulty)
- Sale Items
- Earrings
- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Hair Accessories
To receive a star credit;
- Items must be in original conditions, unworn with tags still intact
- Items must be returned within 14 days of Purchase
- The cost of shipping is at the Customer's expense and we cannot refund this. Please use a trackable postage and items lost in transit or unrelieved will not be issued an exchange/store credit
- Please email us at murphyreidcollections@gmail.com to request a return. Please include; Name, Order number and reason for return. From here we will send you the return address.
- Please take care when trying on, as if they are received by Murphy Reid and have signs of wear, make up or dirt, the item will be returned to the sender and the exchange/store credit will not be valid.
- Items MUST be unworn, unwashed, have tags attached, be free from make up and fake tan and NOT smell of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
- Murphy Reid tries its hardest to check everything before it is sent to you, but on the off change that the quality is not 100% and deemed faulty by Murphy Reid, a fun refund will be issued.
- Returns and refunds are determined by Murphy Reid and the decision is final
